Physician Extender Nurse Practitioner - Troy
This position is located in a busy Internal Medicine practice with 3 full-time physicians. Job duties include but are not limited to:
daily clinical assessment of patients, including history/physical, coordinating care, ordering tests and therapeutic measures in the clinic and hospital setting. Management of diagnostic test results, referrals to other specialists, disability education and patient education. Responsible for development of patient educational tools. Handles urgent assessments of patients in-person and via telephone.

Current License in State of Michigan as a Nurse Practitioner. BCLS certification required
