Clinical Nurse II
This position will be working in a 34 bed EC and have a weekend rotation to work every third weekend.
The Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process with depth and understanding. Develops and implements plan of care for patient's based on scientific research rationale. Communicates patient outcomes & changes to multidisciplinary team members. Delegates assignments/tasks with appropriate follow-up. Contributes to achievement of unit objectives. Develops teaching strategies for patient/family. Serves as mentor/resource for members of health care team. Maintains current knowledge in area of clinical practice.
Requirements:
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current Michigan registered nurse license. AHA BLS, Must have ACLS within 6 months of hire. TNCC, ENPC or PALS is required within 12-18 months of hire. Must exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills and be representative of the Beaumont Standards of Service
Preferred:
BSN
