I am seeking someone to assist me with my wife during the day.
This job would include free room and board as part of the compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to ONE individual.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules - Assist with meal planning, preparation.
- Engage in activities that promote physical and cognitive stimulation - Provide companionship and emotional support - Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required - Familiarity with childcare, senior care, or hospice care is a plus - Knowledge of first aid techniques is beneficial - Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with others - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and understanding of vital signs -I am offering free room and board for the right person as part of the compensation package.
