We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, and proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Quicken, and QuickBooks.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable - Perform general ledger reconciliations - Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records - Assist in preparing financial reports - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Ensure compliance with financial regulations - Generate P and L
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, Quicken, and QuickBooks - Strong technical accounting skills - Knowledge of financial concepts and corporate accounting practices
