Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for Independent Medical Exams and Depostions.
- Manage and maintain the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and Emails with responding to inquiries from Independent Medical Exam companies and Attorney offices - Greet patients and check them in upon arrival - Greet Attorneys and their staff when needed This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator.
