The Insurance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate insurance verification and billing processes within our dental office.
Responsibilities:

Manage dental insurance claims from submission to resolution.
2.
Verify insurance coverage and communicate effectively with insurance providers.
3.
Assist clients in understanding their dental benefits and coverage.
4.
Handle billing inquiries and provide clarification on insurance-related matters.
5.
Process pre-authorizations for dental procedures when required.
6.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation for claims submission.
7.
Collaborate with the dental team to address insurance-related issues.
8.
Stay updated on changes in dental insurance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1.
At least 2 years experience 2.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
4.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for insurance processing.
