The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy across The Beaute Loft and it's department companies.
This role involves enhancing the online presence, engaging with diverse audiences, and driving traffic and sales through innovative and tailored social media campaigns.
Monthly Deliverables:
Social Media Manager Role Enhancement:
Weekly Reporting:
Utilize ClickUp to generate weekly performance reports on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Calendar Management:
Manage and update a dedicated Google Calendar for social media content scheduling.
Sync this calendar with ClickUp to track upcoming posts, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Spreadsheet and Database Management:
Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts, campaign details, and content schedules.
Use spreadsheets to track budget allocations for paid promotions and influencer partnerships.
Proactive Task Management:
Regularly update task lists in ClickUp, ensuring all upcoming campaigns and content are on schedule.
Anticipate seasonal trends and plan content accordingly.
Documentation and Templates:
Document routine social media activities.
Develop templates for common post types, campaign briefs, and report formats.
