Our manufacturing and production employees create handmade, top-quality, science-based skincare and wellness products in our retail location, ensuring they get to our shelves ready for eager customers and shop staff.
As a TBL ( The Beaute Loft ) employee, you must possess a genuine love of our products and a desire to take a hands-on approach to our handmade products.
It's kind of like working in a giant gorgeous kitchen:
lots of empty bottles, jugs of lavender and peppermint oil, shelves of skin-loving ingredients.
We promise you won't find a better smelling environment! You will be required to sign a NDA and a Non-Compete Agreement.
This position does have room for growth after a 90 day probationary period.
The hours for this position is Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay:
$10-$20 an hour depending on experience Possible tasks may include:
Packaging orders, checking orders, and/ or pulling products for orders Making Bath and Body Care following strict guidelines and a recipe Pouring, scooping, mixing, etc.
materials such as sugar, oils, and other materials needed to produce products Print shipping labels for customer orders Hand cutting Soap Filling Molds Making Custom Bath and Body Care products following strict guidelines and a recipe Filling Bottles with Hydraulic and Manual Bottle filling machine Packing various products Packing and shipping online and wholesale orders Cleaning as needed:
sweeping, mopping, washing production dishes, tidying Bookkeeping data entry; Inventory:
Raw materials and finished products Requirements & Skills:
Effective communication skills Ability to work in teams Able to stand on feet for duration of shift Able to work in mask for duration of shift Ability to follow directions with accuracy and efficiency Positive attitude and reliability Desire for continuous improvement and growth Print shipping labels for customer orders Pull, package, invoice daily orders within time constraints keeping part traceability on lot numbers Ability to work effectively with other teams Ability to manage small projects personally and work independently Organizational skills and detail oriented with a quality mindset Ability to work within a deadline under pressure Ability to stand and walk for long periods, reach overhead and lift up to 150 lbs Job Type:
