Responsibilities:
Documents the resident's condition and nursing needs; reports and records pertinent observationsAccurately and promptly implements physicians' ordersProvides direction and leadership to junior staff and CNAsAdministers medications and performs treatments for assigned residents, and documents that treatment as required by company, local, state and federal rules and regulationsAdheres to standards of nursing practice and maintains knowledge of current clinical practicePerforms other tasks as assigned

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
